Ingredients:
Left over chaptis--5
Bellam/Jaggery -2 tbsp
Elachi pwd-1/2 tsp
ghee-2tsp
cashews-7
Raisins-10
- Tear the chapati's into small pieces and blend them into coarse pwd.
- In a pan heat ghee fry cashews and raisins.
- Add 1 tsp of water to jaggery and melt in microwave for 2-3 mins.
- To jaggery add cardamon pwd, cashews, raisins and chapati pwd mix all together.
- prepare round shaped laddu when the mix is hot.
- You can prepare same laddu with rice flour rotis also.
