Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized cabbage-Remove the thick fibrous outer leaves and cut the cabbage into pieces and then wash under running water.
- 2 Tomatoes,1 onion,6 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,coriander pwd
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp of cumin,mustard seeds
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3-4 curry leaves chopped.
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin,mustard and chopped garlic.Once they turn brown add chopped onion ,green chillies saute until golden brown.
- Add turmeric ,cabbage,chopped tomato,salt mix everything keep the stove on medium heat for 10-15 mins.Stir continuously every 2-3 mins.
- Switch off the flame.Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice and rasam..
