Ingredient's:
Shredded cabbage -1cup
Thinly Sliced onion -1 cup
Besan/Sengapindi -1 1/2 cup
Rice flour -2tbsp
Chili powder -1 tsp
salt --to taste
Curry leaves -8
coriander leaves -small bunch
Vaamu-1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying pakoras.
- Mix all items listed in ingredients section by adding little water(1/4 to 1/2 cup)
- If you add more water the pakoras will absorb more oil.
- Keep stove on medium heat. Drop batter little by little in oil.
- Fry it for 2 mins on each side till it gets nice golden brown color.
- Drain it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
